Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) tube crescent rolls or pizza dough (I like Pillsbury)
- 4 oz brie cheese (I get the Triple Creme Brie from Trader Joes)
- 1 package cranberry sauce (can be canned or I like the one with a bit of orange from Trader Joes)
- 1 package candied pecans (or candy them yourself if you’re feeling fancy!)
- Dried thyme
Steps
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Roll out dough and cut into 18 squares.
- Cut brie into 18 pieces.
- Roughly chop a handful of the candied pecans (maybe 1/2 – 3/4 cup – I’m sorry I almost never measure lol).
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and add the dough squares to form cups.
- Add one brie cheese cube to each dough cup.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce to each dough cup.
- Add chopped candied pecans on top.
- Add a bit of thyme to each dough cup.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Serve warm!
