Cranberry Brie Bites

I am the foodie of my family and when I brought these to Thanksgiving one year they were gone in 30 min! Now I make them every year for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyone loves them. They are super simple, easy to make and are a crowd favorite!

SERVINGS: 18
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 12 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) tube crescent rolls or pizza dough (I like Pillsbury)
  • 4 oz brie cheese (I get the Triple Creme Brie from Trader Joes)
  • 1 package cranberry sauce (can be canned or I like the one with a bit of orange from Trader Joes)
  • 1 package candied pecans (or candy them yourself if you’re feeling fancy!)
  • Dried thyme

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Roll out dough and cut into 18 squares.
  3. Cut brie into 18 pieces.
  4. Roughly chop a handful of the candied pecans (maybe 1/2 – 3/4 cup – I’m sorry I almost never measure lol).
  5. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and add the dough squares to form cups.
  6. Add one brie cheese cube to each dough cup.
  7. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce to each dough cup.
  8. Add chopped candied pecans on top.
  9. Add a bit of thyme to each dough cup.
  10. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  11. Serve warm!
