Ingredients
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon (for top)
- Chopped nuts, raisins and/or chocolate chips, if you wish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix eggs, vanilla, sugar, margarine in a large bowl.
- Add flour, salt, baking powder and nuts/raisins/chocolate chips if you wish.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Make two loaves on a baking sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of each loaf.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes, and check with toothpick for doneness.
