Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce shredded
 - 1 cup thinly sliced celery
 - 1/2 cup green onion
 - 1 package frozen baby peas
 - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
 - 2 teaspoons sugar
 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 3 hard boiled eggs (mashed)
 - 1/2–3/4 pound of bacon – cut small, fried and crumbled
 - 1 tomato
 
Steps
- Place shredded lettuce in a 4 quart bowl. Top with sliced green onion and celery.
 - Break frozen peas apart and sprinkle over salad. Spread mayonnaise over the top.
 - Sprinkle on the sugar, cheese, salt and garlic powder.
 - Cover and chill in refrigerator for 24 hours.
 - Just before serving sprinkle with egg and bacon then toss. May garnish with tomato wedges.
