Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 oz peppermint vodka
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled (OR 2 tblsps cold brew concentrate)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2-3 peppermint candies, crushed
Steps
- Combine ice, peppermint vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup in cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for three minutes.
- Coat cocktail glass rim with simple syrup leftovers, then dip into crushed peppermint candies to coat the rim.
- Pour cocktail shaker mixture into cocktail glass.
- Enjoy!
